बैंकिंग एवं वित्त
* RBI ने NBFC क्षेत्र को प्रोत्साहित करने हेतु गोल्ड लोन पर ऋण-से-मूल्य (LTV) सीमा बढ़ाई।
* Maruti Suzuki ने ग्राहक वित्तपोषण विकल्पों के विस्तार हेतु Equitas Small Finance Bank के साथ MoU पर हस्ताक्षर किए।
* वित्त मंत्री Nirmala Sitharaman आगामी सप्ताह कर संग्रहण और चल रहे सुधारों की समीक्षा करेंगी।
* SEBI ने कंपनियों से वित्तीय परिणामों और वार्षिक रिपोर्टों के बीच अंतराल कम करने का आग्रह किया।
* Baroda BNP Paribas ने Health and Wellness Fund लॉन्च किया।

शेयर बाज़ार एवं निवेश
* रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, JSW Cements का IPO जुलाई तक आने की संभावना।

* ArisInfra Solutions ने ₹500 करोड़ के IPO के लिए प्राइस बैंड घोषित किया।

कॉर्पोरेट मामले*
* NCLT ने Gensol और Gensol EV Lease के विरुद्ध दिवालियापन की कार्यवाही शुरू की; IRP नियुक्त।
* मध्य पूर्व में Adani के निवेश क्षेत्रीय संघर्षों के कारण जोखिम में हैं।

13) No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing to an IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign in the application form to authorize your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries for a refund, as the money remains in the investor's account.
