*बाज़ार और निवेश*
* बैंक एफडी की लोकप्रियता घट रही है क्योंकि भारतीय अब स्टॉक्स और म्यूचुअल फंड्स जैसे जोखिम वाले निवेश की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं।
* मर्चेंट बैंकरों ने मई में आईपीओ फीस के रूप में ₹220 करोड़ से अधिक कमाए।
* SEBI ने Lumino Industries, M\&B Engineering और Sunshine Pictures के आईपीओ दस्तावेजों को मंजूरी दी।
* Oswal Pumps का आईपीओ तीसरे दिन 34 गुना सब्सक्राइब हुआ, मुख्यतः QIBs और NIIs द्वारा।
* ArisInfra Solutions का आईपीओ आज खुला; एंकर निवेशकों ने ₹224.8 करोड़ के शेयर खरीदे।
* SEBI ने मान्यता प्राप्त निवेशकों के आसान ऑनबोर्डिंग के लिए नए उपाय प्रस्तावित किए।
* NSE और BSE को क्रमशः मंगलवार और गुरुवार एक्सपायरी के लिए SEBI से मंजूरी मिली।
* ब्लॉक डील: TVS Motor ने TVS Supply Chain Solutions में 0.9% हिस्सेदारी खरीदी।
* Edelweiss ने अपने EAAA IPO से पहले डिस्ट्रेस्ड एसेट्स से बाहर निकला।
* MakeMyTrip \$2 बिलियन से अधिक जुटाने की योजना बना रहा है, शेयर और कन्वर्टिबल के माध्यम से।
*कॉरपोरेट और विलय-अधिग्रहण (M\&A)*
* UGRO Capital ₹1,400 करोड़ में Profectus Capital का अधिग्रहण करेगा।
* Vedanta ₹3,000 करोड़ से अधिक के सौदे में Hindustan Zinc में 1.6% हिस्सेदारी बेचेगा।
* Happiest Minds के शेयरों में तेजी आई क्योंकि Anand Rathi ने 'Buy' रेटिंग के साथ कवरेज शुरू किया।
* Torrent Pharma बड़े खिलाड़ियों की श्रेणी में शामिल होने की कोशिश में।
* Tanla Platforms के बोर्ड ने ₹175 करोड़ का बायबैक 33% प्रीमियम पर मंजूर किया।
*ऑटोमोबाइल और परिवहन*
* Maruti Suzuki का लक्ष्य है कि FY31 तक वह अपने 35% वाहन डिस्पैच रेलवे के माध्यम से करे, अपने नए Manesar टर्मिनल का उपयोग कर।
* Hyundai Motor India के शेयरों में बढ़त आई क्योंकि उसने महाराष्ट्र प्लांट में PV इंजन का उत्पादन शुरू किया।
* मई में 2W, PV और CV की बिक्री में गिरावट आई, कमजोर मांग और ऊँचे वित्तपोषण लागत के कारण।
* Siemens कंसोर्टियम को National High Speed Rail Corporation से ₹4,100 करोड़ का ऑर्डर मिला; शेयरों में बढ़ोतरी हुई।
*भूराजनीति और वैश्विक समाचार*
* अमेरिका ने F-16, F-22 और F-35 लड़ाकू विमानों को मध्य पूर्व में तैनात किया, इसराइल–ईरान संघर्ष के बीच।
* अहमदाबाद विमान दुर्घटना: यदि लापरवाही साबित हुई तो Air India और Boeing को 'अनलिमिटेड' जिम्मेदारी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।
* भारत वैश्विक खरीदारों के लिए एक पसंदीदा परिधान हब बन रहा है क्योंकि वे चीन और बांग्लादेश से दूरी बना रहे हैं।
* भारत और चीन की कंपनियाँ तकनीकी साझेदारियों की खोज कर रही हैं क्योंकि भारत इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स पुर्जों के निर्माण को बढ़ावा देना चाहता है।
*बुनियादी ढाँचा और रियल एस्टेट*
* FY26 में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग निर्माण में 7–10% की गिरावट संभव: CareEdge।
* Hindustan Zinc ₹12,000 करोड़ की क्षमता वृद्धि में निवेश करेगी।
*ऊर्जा और कमोडिटी*
* Indian Oil, NTPC के अंडमान एवं निकोबार में आने वाले 50 मेगावाट पावर प्लांट को LNG की आपूर्ति करेगा।
* भारत ने EV भविष्य को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए दुर्लभ पृथ्वी धातुओं की खनन और परिष्करण गतिविधियों को तेज किया।
* स्टील सचिव: FY26 में आयात पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में आधा रह सकता है, सेफगार्ड ड्यूटी से मदद मिलेगी।
*बैंकिंग और वित्त*
* J\&K Bank स्थिर वृद्धि के लिए जम्मू-कश्मीर के बाहर ऋण पोर्टफोलियो में विविधता लाने की योजना बना रहा है।
* FY26 में बैंक सतर्क दृष्टिकोण अपनाएंगे जिससे उधारी पर प्राप्त होने वाला रिटर्न (lending yields) घटने की संभावना है।
*टेलीकॉम और टेक्नोलॉजी*
* सरकार और TRAI ने सैटकॉम से राजस्व हानि की टेलीकॉम कंपनियों की चिंता को खारिज किया।
* मोबाइल नंबरों से बल्क बिजनेस कॉल्स के लिए अब KYC अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है।
*वेल्थ और रिसर्च*
* 360 One Wealth Creators रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, भारत की कुल संपत्ति का 93% हिस्सा सूचीबद्ध कंपनियों से आता है।

12) KYC is a one-time exercise while dealing in securities markets - once KYC is done through a SEBIregistered intermediary (broker, DP, Mutual Fund etc.), you need not undergo the same process again when you approach another intermediary.
13) No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing to an IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign in the application form to authorize your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries for a refund, as the money remains in the investor's account.
