विलय एवं अधिग्रहण / कॉर्पोरेट सौदे
* Panasonic, Focus Lighting में नियंत्रक हिस्सेदारी खरीदने के लिए ₹526 करोड़ में बातचीत कर रही है; खबर के बाद शेयरों में उछाल आया।
* Tata Motors, इतालवी ट्रक निर्माता Iveco का \$4.5 बिलियन में अधिग्रहण करने जा रही है, जो अब तक की इसकी सबसे बड़ी डील होगी।
* Reliance, स्वास्थ्य पेय बाजार में बढ़ती प्रतिस्पर्धा के बीच Baidyanath के ज़ीरो-शुगर ड्रिंक ब्रांड Shunya में निवेश करने की योजना बना रही है।
आईपीओ और पूंजी बाजार
* Aditya Infotech IPO पहले ही दिन पूरी तरह सब्सक्राइब हुआ; ग्रे मार्केट प्रीमियम (GMP) में उछाल आया।
* GNG Electronics के शेयर आज लगभग 25% प्रीमियम पर लिस्ट होने की उम्मीद है।
* Indiqube Spaces के शेयर आज लिस्ट होंगे; GMP कमजोर बाजार शुरुआत का संकेत दे रहा है।
* M\&B Engineering ने अपने ₹650 करोड़ के IPO से पहले एंकर बुक के माध्यम से ₹291.6 करोड़ जुटाए।
* Sri Lotus Developers ने IPO से पहले एंकर निवेश के ज़रिए ₹237 करोड़ जुटाए।
* SEBI ने रिटेल एल्गोरिदम ट्रेडिंग के लिए नए सुरक्षित नियमों के कार्यान्वयन की समयसीमा बढ़ा दी है।
बाजार और निवेश प्रवाह
* FIIs ने ₹4,637 करोड़ के शेयर नेट बेचे।
* DIIs ने ₹6,147 करोड़ की इक्विटीज नेट खरीदीं।
* निवेशक ऊँचे वैल्यूएशन के बीच तेजी से Arbitrage फंड्स की ओर रुख कर रहे हैं।
* एक अध्ययन से पता चला है कि लंबी अवधि के SIP रिटर्न्स पर बाजार समय का असर नगण्य होता है।
SEBI एवं नियामक अपडेट
* SEBI ने NRIs के लिए एक्सचेंज ट्रेडेड डेरिवेटिव्स में निवेश नियमों को सरल बनाया है।
* SEBI ने HDFC Limited और HDFC Bank से जुड़े इनसाइडर ट्रेडिंग मामले में ₹10 लाख का जुर्माना लगाया।
बल्क और ब्लॉक डील्स
* Negen Capital ने Jayaswal Neco Industries में ब्लॉक डील के माध्यम से 0.63% हिस्सेदारी खरीदी।
कॉर्पोरेट टिप्पणी एवं कानूनी समाचार
* NSDL के CEO Vijay Chandok ने कहा कि डिपॉजिटरी तकनीक और वैल्यू-एडेड सेवाओं पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगी।
* Supreme Court ने JSW Steel की Bhushan Power & Steel (BSPL) समाधान योजना को रद्द करने के खिलाफ पुनर्विचार याचिका पर ओपन कोर्ट सुनवाई की मंज़ूरी दी।
* Asian Paints के CEO ने शहरी क्षेत्रों में स्थिर मांग का उल्लेख किया, लेकिन तकनीकी क्षेत्र में छंटनी पर चिंता जताई।
सरकार और नीति
* सरकार राज्य-नियंत्रित कंपनियों के बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन करने की योजना बना रही है।
* CAG ने SAIL में इन्वेंट्री प्रबंधन में खामियों की ओर इशारा किया।
* Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) को CAFE उत्सर्जन मानदंडों के अंतर्गत लाने का प्रस्ताव सामने आया है।
क्षेत्रीय समाचार
*FMCG और रिटेल*
* प्रारंभिक मानसून वर्षा के कारण FMCG सेक्टर की गर्मियों की बिक्री प्रभावित हुई; Q1 वॉल्यूम ग्रोथ घटकर 3.9% रही।
* तकनीकी हब में खुदरा विक्रेताओं और रेस्तरां मालिकों को कंपनियों जैसे TCS में छंटनी के चलते त्योहारी सीजन में मंदी की आशंका है।
*एग्रो और फर्टिलाइज़र*
* अच्छे मानसून और मजबूत Q1 परिणामों के चलते फर्टिलाइज़र और एग्रोकेमिकल शेयरों में तेजी देखी गई।
*वित्तीय*
* Jio Financial का बोर्ड आज फंडरेज़िंग योजनाओं पर चर्चा करेगा।
* NSDL को भारत के विस्तारशील पूंजी बाजार में दीर्घकालिक निवेश के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।

13) No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing to an IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign in the application form to authorize your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries for a refund, as the money remains in the investor's account.
